The study presented here, “Youth Work Combating Ethnic Distance: The Case of Bosnia and Herzegovina,” is a comparative study that aims to study the impact of youth NGOs on reducing ethnic distance among young people in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The study compared the views and attitudes of two groups of young people (one group engaged in youth NGOs and the other not) toward individuals of different ethnic backgrounds from Bosnia and Herzegovina, specifically from the municipalities of Sarajevo, Mostar, Banja Luka, and Bijeljina.
