Client / Context
As part of my research in the field of social sciences, I have explored the social dynamics contributing to radicalization among young people, particularly in the context of post-conflict societies.

My Role
Researcher and author of academic publications focusing on youth identity, social cohesion, and nation-building processes.

Project Description

The research examined how social, political, and economic factors influence the ways young people develop political identities and how these processes can contribute to radicalization or social division.

The study involved:

  • Literature review and theoretical analysis

  • Interviews and qualitative research methods

  • Analysis of youth perceptions and experiences

  • Examination of the role of education and social institutions

The goal of the research was to contribute to a better understanding of how youth engagement and inclusive policies can reduce the risk of radicalization.

Results and Impact

The research resulted in several academic publications and contributed to broader discussions on youth engagement, social cohesion, and democratic development in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The findings have also informed training programs and policy discussions related to youth work and civic participation.
